The shoot at the SCARY building! HUH? I know that is what you are thinking. I have a dear friend who lives in the middle of no where (Side not: when you get into photography when driving you constantly are looking for different places for shoots, colorful walls, building, architectural designs etc.) down the street from her home is an abandoned building it looks awesome but scary... I had always wanted to have a shoot there but never grew the BEEP to go inside and check it out.....UNTIL one day I DID i first drove around it and then grew some and walked through, it appears to be maybe like a pound for animals or stalls of some sort....Well it wasn't as scary as I thought so i decided to take a family that I have gotten to know over the last few years! Its always fun to capture family moments with people you know! :0)
With that said check out some pictures I captured at this building....
although I had been in this broken down building a few times before taking The Occhiato's there, i was secretly still a little nervous but I couldn't act as if i was with this family there ESPECIALLY since little Keagan had already got scared when we saw a coyote at another location.....So I was walking around trying find where I was going to place all four of the family members for the next shot, when all of a sudden this HUGE OWL went FLYING away with what I think I saw a five foot wing span (Maybe a little exaggeration hehe) and scared me to death! Phew that was a close call! Cheyenne, Jojo and Nicole I know you guys will get a kick out of this one! Laugh NOW!
